Job Title: MES Support Analyst
Job Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering related to IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3+yrs of experience working on MES applications ( PASX, Aspentech, Opcetner MDD .)
- Experience in MES application support & troubleshooting
- Experience managing ITIL-defined processes, including:
- Service Request Management
- Change Management
- Disaster Recovery
- Application Lifecycle Management
- Incident Management
- Problem Management

- Ensure proper documentation of all project and service management activities, including:
- Qualification documents
- SOP’s & Work instructions
- Change requests
- Vulnerability management documentation

- Strong team player with experience working remotely in an international organization. Should possess:
- Good understanding of current IT/OT trends in manufacturing
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure (Operating Systems, Databases, System Hardening, etc.)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies

- Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aspen SQL Plus is an added advantage.
