## Our Team, Your Impact

Teva is undertaking a major global Supply Chain Transformation to establish standardized, scalable, and data-driven planning processes across its manufacturing network. As part of IBP S2C Phase 2, Teva is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead the design and implementation of advanced production and capacity planning capabilities in SAP IBP, with specific focus on the Time-Series Optimizer, Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), capacity planning, and production planning.

This global role combines deep manufacturing and supply planning expertise, SAP planning technology knowledge, and strong transformation leadership. The successful candidate will act as the Global Business Owner and business solution lead, working closely with global business stakeholders, manufacturing sites, central planning teams, data and technology teams, and the consulting integrator.

The role is accountable for global business requirements, future-state process design, solution validation, business testing, deployment readiness, adoption, and stabilization. It will be instrumental in defining how production, capacity, inventory, service, and cost trade-offs are optimized across the network and governed through a sustainable centralized planning model.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Global Business Ownership & Transformation

- Serve as the Global Business Owner for SAP IBP Time-Series Optimizer, accountable for business requirements, process design, solution validation, deployment, adoption, and benefits realization.
- Lead the global design and rollout of RCCP, Capacity Planning, and Production Planning capabilities within SAP IBP.
- Define and implement a scalable, standardized operating model for supply and capacity planning across Teva's manufacturing network.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, planning processes, operating models, and system capabilities.

SAP IBP Solution Design & Optimization

- Lead the business design of SAP IBP Optimizer capabilities, partnering with SAP experts, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Define and validate optimization objectives, constraints, planning policies, business rules, parameters, and planning trade-offs.
- Ensure solutions align with manufacturing realities, business objectives, financial requirements, and industry best practices.
- Translate complex planning and optimization concepts into practical business decisions for planners and senior stakeholders.

Requirements, Data & Validation

- Lead global requirements gathering, harmonization, validation, and documentation.
- Partner with Master Data, Analytics, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to ensure data readiness, quality, and governance.
- Ensure planning models effectively address capacity constraints, bottlenecks, sourcing options, supply-demand balancing, and inventory-service-cost trade-offs.
- Define end-to-end business scenarios and acceptance criteria for solution validation.

Testing, Deployment & Hypercare

- Lead business validation activities including design reviews, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate business testing, defect prioritization, and issue resolution across global teams and implementation partners.
- Provide go/no-go recommendations based on business readiness, data quality, operational preparedness, and risk assessment.
- Support deployment, phased rollouts, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to long-term support.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Global Planning stakeholders to drive decisions and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and governance forums across global teams.
- Establish planning governance, ownership models, decision rights, KPIs, and performance measures.
- Drive organizational readiness, training, user adoption, and continuous improvement post-go-live.

## Your Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing planning, planning excellence, or supply chain transformation roles.
- Strong experience implementing SAP IBP Supply Planning using the Optimizer, preferably the Time-Series Optimizer.
- Demonstrated leadership of at least one end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Planning or Optimizer implementation in a complex global environment.
- Proven experience leading business requirements, solution design, validation, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Deep understanding of RCCP, capacity planning, production planning, supply planning optimization, and manufacturing network planning.
- Strong knowledge of optimization concepts, including objectives, constraints, costs and penalties, parameters, infeasibility analysis, and scenario evaluation.
- Practical understanding of capacity constraints, bottleneck management, production campaigns and setup considerations, sourcing decisions, and inventory-service-cost trade-offs.
- Experience working with external consulting partners and system integrators, including the ability to challenge designs and drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business requirements, planning logic, data requirements, and technical solution design.
- Strong global project leadership, workshop facilitation, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.

## Also Good to Have

- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, consumer goods, or another complex manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with SAP APO Supply Network Planning (SNP) Optimizer.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP IBP architecture, planning operators, heuristics, optimization concepts, and integration dependencies.
- Experience defining global planning standards, centralized planning models, governance, and target operating models.
- Experience with pilot-based deployments, parallel planning, and phased global rollouts.
- Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, S&OE, annual operating planning, and financial integration of supply plans.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certification in supply chain, operations, or SAP planning solutions.

## Location

This job can be executed in any Teva EU location except for Switzerland and France.
