Quality Technician
Location: Knoxville TN
Hours: M-F 7AM-4PM
Pay: $20. - $22 DOE

A Quality Technician I is responsible for but not limited to the following:
? Works directly on the production floor to ensure quality in processes and products outcome
? Accurately and efficiently builds and assembles standard hydraulic power units
? Performs incoming inspections on components as well as First Article Inspections on new cylinders from
overseas suppliers
? Understands and follows quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures
? Inspect the quality of manufactured products to ensure customers’ needs are met
? Interfaces with production, procurement, and customer service teams
? Works collaboratively with many types of people within the company, domestically as well as internationally
? Follows safety and security policies and procedures
? Reports on any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions to the appropriate individuals
? Conducts floor audits, calibrations, and incoming inspections
? Reads and interprets written information including engineering documents
? Follows all safety practices and guidelines while working including keeping work area clean and free of safety
hazards
? Selects and uses appropriate equipment, supplies and tools
Position Requirements

? High School diploma/GED
? At least one-year work-related experience
Preferred
Work experience with hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power units, and hydraulic systems
