Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will:

- Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectors
- Conduct property inspections and site visits
- Undertake market research and analysis
- Assist with valuation reports, lease advisory work and consultancy projects
- Prepare presentation materials and client reports
- Build financial and property performance models
- Engage with clients, landlords, investors and occupiers
- Contribute to business development activities and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate records and professional documentation
- Work towards achieving your APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated
- Studying a RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent relevant degree)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness and interest in the property market
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one

Desirable

- Previous work experience, placement year or internship
- Involvement in university societies, sports teams or leadership activities
- Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market
