About this Role:

The Integrations Manager is responsible for working with customers to gather requirements, design, manage the implementation, and manage the quality of integrations and data migration work within projects. The role involves developing technical specifications, overseeing integration development and testing, ensuring data quality, and working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets. The role requires strong technical knowledge of system integration, the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and the capability to provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This role is expected to work across multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running customer meetings around integration and data migration, including UATs and requirement gathering sessions
- Oversee work from technical resources to ensure work is completed correctly and meets the documented requirements
- When needed, develop POCs for customers to better show concepts to stakeholders
- Develop functional and technical specifications for integrations and data migration solutions that may include both cloud and on-premise systems
- Work within our framework and methodology for development, testing, and data quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high quality work to maximize client’s satisfaction while delivering committed work on time and on budget
- Any other relevant tasks requested by the management to support business needs

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in system integration, application integration, software development, or a related technical field, including experience in a leadership or management capacity
- Extensive experience designing and managing complex integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments
- Extensive experience running complex multi-stage data migrations
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, middleware, data integration, and integration architectures
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and how to build technical solutions for large capital programs
- Proven experience developing technical specifications and managing integration projects  and migration projects from design through implementation
- Strong understanding of integration development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and data quality processes
- Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and data integration technologies
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams
- Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a consulting or client-focused environment is preferred
- Experience managing offshore teams
- The ability to work evenings to meet with USA based team members
- Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging integration technologies is an advantage
- Experience integrating PMIS tools such as Unifier, Aconex or Procore an advantage.
