About this role
Bring your fraud recovery expertise to a role where you own complex, high-impact cases and help drive better outcomes for clients. You will use strong judgment, deep product knowledge, and clear communication to shape recovery strategies and resolve sensitive matters. You will partner across functions to remove roadblocks, strengthen controls, and improve the way recovery work gets done. If you thrive in ambiguity and can lead through influence, you will find meaningful growth and challenge here.
As a Fraud Associate I within the Global Banking Fraud Recovery team, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and owner of complex recovery cases across check and electronic payment recovery. You will manage high-risk and high-value matters, build recovery strategies, and coordinate with internal teams and external financial institutions to move cases to resolution. You will interpret procedures, controls, and payment conventions to determine the right recovery path and escalation decisions. You will guide analysts and leaders with practical, product-specific coaching—without formal people-management responsibilities.
