Position Overview
PrideStaff is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented CNC Programmer / Digital Templator, a premium stone countertop fabrication, supply, and installation company serving the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana tri-state region.
In this role, you will digitally template countertop projects using Raptor software, program precision cut files using AlphaCAM, and operate Park Industries CNC machinery to cut granite, quartz, marble, and other natural and engineered stone slabs to exact specifications. This is a precision-driven role that directly impacts the quality, fit, and craftsmanship of every project delivered.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Digital Templating: Perform on-site and in-shop digital templating of countertops using Raptor software. CAD/CAM Programming: Translate digital templates into accurate, optimized cut files and toolpaths using AlphaCAM. CNC Operation: Program and operate the Park Industries CNC saw/router to cut slabs (granite, quartz, marble, etc.) to finished specifications. Material Optimization: Optimize slab layout and nesting to minimize material waste and maximize yield. Order Review: Review job orders, shop drawings, and customer specifications for accuracy prior to programming. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished cut pieces for dimensional accuracy and quality standards before moving them to fabrication and finishing. Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure templates and cut files accurately match field measurements. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain CNC equipment and troubleshoot basic programming or machine operational issues.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and/or digital templating, ideally within stone or countertop fabrication. Templating Software: Hands-on experience using Raptor templating software. CAD/CAM Proficiency: Proficiency in AlphaCAM (or similar CAD/CAM software) for cut file generation. CNC Equipment: Experience operating Park Industries CNC equipment or similar stone-cutting CNC machinery. Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and customer specifications. Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment.
