Salary Range : $80,000 to $90,000 (plus other compensation elements such as bonus, pension, and more)

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, Community Giving, the Marketing Manager, Monthly Giving plays an important role in advancing our mission by growing and strengthening our Monthly Giving program across both Annual and Leadership Giving portfolios.
As a strategic and collaborative fundraiser, you will lead initiatives that inspire donors to make a lasting impact through sustained giving. You will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition, stewardship, and retention strategies that deepen donor engagement and maximize lifetime value. Working closely with colleagues across the organization and external partners, you will help shape the future growth of the program while contributing to meaningful fundraising outcomes.

Revenue Generation & Program Growth
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Director, Community Giving to develop and implement integrated, multi-channel Monthly Giving strategies that support organizational fundraising priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver donor acquisition and engagement initiatives across channels including telemarketing, direct mail, email, digital marketing, and face-to-face fundraising, being fully immersed in the program from the ground up
- Identify opportunities to grow the Monthly Giving portfolio by enhancing donor experiences and strengthening engagement throughout the donor journey
- Achieve fundraising targets within the Monthly Giving segment laddering into the overall Annual and Leadership Giving budgets
Strategic Planning & Analytics
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for executing the day-to-day planning and analysis for the program from the ground level up
- Design, implement and execute strategies that enhance donor engagement and maximize donor value at every stage of the donor lifecycle
- Develop strategies that support donor retention, upgrades, and long-term loyalty
- Manage and monitor program performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Partner with the Business Intelligence and Business Operations teams to evaluate results, measure success, and make informed decisions
- Build strong relationships with external vendor partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
- Work collaboratively to address challenges, identify solutions, and continuously improve program performance
- Share regular updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations with leadership to support informed decision-making
- Lead stewardship initiatives for new and existing monthly donors, ensuring donors feel valued, connected, and inspired by their impact
Project Management
In this role you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple fundraising campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, communications, finance, volunteers, and external vendors, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Manage fundraising event logistics from conception to post-event evaluation, including budgeting, vendor management, sponsorship fulfillment, and stakeholder communications
- Establish project priorities and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting plans as needed to achieve fundraising objectives
- Utilize project management tools and CRM systems to track tasks, deadlines, donor engagement activities, and campaign performance
- Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates to leadership, and ensure accountability for assigned deliverables
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to minimize impact on revenue generation and donor experience
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including work plans, budgets, communications schedules, and outcome reports
- Analyze project outcomes and fundraising results to identify lessons learned, process improvements, and opportunities for increased efficiency and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor stewardship standards, and applicable fundraising regulations throughout all project activities
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Approximately five (5) years of experience in fundraising, direct marketing, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of direct response fundraising channels, including direct mail, digital marketing, telemarketing, and face-to-face fundraising
- Experience developing and executing fundraising or marketing programs that deliver measurable results
- Experience managing external agency or vendor relationships and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and evaluating program performance
- Understanding of fundraising metrics, donor engagement strategies, and industry best practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
