Senior Data Governance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Governance Specialist to deliver and continuously improve enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data quality capabilities .

You will work closely with business owners, Data Stewards, Architects, Engineers, Security, Privacy, and Risk teams, with a strong focus on Collibra and Soda .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and improve the business glossary, data catalogue, metadata, and critical data elements
- Implement data ownership and stewardship processes
- Support data classification and lineage
- Configure and improve Collibra governance workflows
- Monitor and improve data quality using Soda
- Define and maintain data quality rules
- Support data-quality issue management and reporting
- Support governance adoption and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks
- Experience with metadata management
- Strong knowledge of data quality management
- SQL experience
- Hands-on experience with Collibra
- Experience with Soda
- Experience implementing enterprise governance processes
- Strong ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Greek and English
