Job Purpose
At Haleon, we are shaping the future of field force excellence through data, technology, and customer-centricity. The MEA OU FFOF Manager will lead the MEA commercial transformation agenda of Field Force of the Future (FFOF) program, by driving the transition from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud across Expert and Pharmacy channels.
This role acts as the MEA business lead for CRM transformation, ensuring that local market needs help shape the future global solution while accelerating field force effectiveness through data-driven decision making, digital innovation, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with Global Expert, ComEx, Product, Tech and Salesforce teams to design and embed next-generation capabilities that enable better HCP engagement, stronger execution, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead MEA CRM Transformation and FFOF Program
- Act as the MEA business lead for the migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Partner with Global Expert, ComEx, Product, Tech and Salesforce teams to co-design future CRM capabilities rather than simply adopting global solutions.
- Represent MEA business requirements, ensuring the future platform supports local commercial and expert engagement needs.
- Influence global CRM roadmap priorities based on field force, leadership, and commercial effectiveness requirements across MEA.
- Develop and maintain MEA deployment, adoption, and capability-building plans for CRM transformation.
- Provide regular progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans to the MEA Leadership Team.
Expected Outcome A future-ready CRM ecosystem designed with MEA business needs embedded from the outset and successfully adopted across all markets.
2. CRM Deployment, Adoption and Capability Enablement
Lead the rollout and adoption of key Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities, including:
- Territory and Alignment Management
- Call Planning and Call Reporting
- CLM and e-Detailing
- Sampling Management
- HCP Consent Management
- Rep Triggered Emails
- WhatsApp Content Sharing
- Segmentation & Targeting
- Rep Performance Dashboards
- Voice of Customer (VOC) Solutions
- AI-Driven Next Best Actions
Responsibilities include:
- Driving implementation plans with local SFE teams.
- Leading super-user and data steward communities.
- Delivering capability-building programs and training.
- Embedding new ways of working until adoption becomes business as usual.
- Facilitating communication between global and local stakeholders.
Expected Outcome Successful deployment and adoption of new CRM capabilities across MEA markets.
3. Data Migration, Governance and Data Excellence
- Lead CRM data migration activities from Veeva to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Establish robust data governance standards across MEA.
- Drive data cleansing, validation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Partner with global data teams to improve identity resolution and HCP master data quality.
- Build scalable governance frameworks to support compliant and personalized customer engagement.
- Champion first-party data excellence and continuous data-quality monitoring.

4. Advanced Analytics, Automation and Next Best Action
- Partner with global data and technology teams to automate field force insights and recommendations.
- Translate business challenges into actionable data solutions.
- Scale AI and analytics-driven Next Best Action capabilities.
- Deliver automated dashboards supporting: Performance tracking
- Opportunity identification
- SIP monitoring
- Data quality improvements
- Field force productivity
- Lead Power BI automation initiatives that reduce manual reporting and increase business visibility.

5. Field Force Effectiveness and Performance Excellence
- Define and govern harmonized MEA field force KPIs.
- Establish standardized KPI definitions and calculation methodologies.
- Lead development of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Support Annual Business Planning target setting through performance insights.
- Deliver leadership performance reviews and commercial effectiveness reporting.
Expected Outcome Consistent performance measurement driving accountability and execution excellence across MEA.
6. Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Excellence
- Design and govern MEA SIP performance frameworks.
- Define incentive KPIs aligned to business priorities and global guidelines.
- Automate SIP tracking and reporting solutions.
- Improve transparency, accuracy, and governance of incentive calculations.
Expected Outcome Fair, transparent, and performance-oriented incentive programs that reinforce desired behaviors.
7. Segmentation, Targeting and Field Force Optimization
- Provide regional leadership for Segmentation & Targeting strategies.
- Guide priority audience identification and strategic resource allocation.
- Partner with global analytics teams to derive actionable customer insights.
- Define field force deployment principles, territory strategies, and coverage ambitions.
- Develop optimization tools supporting resource allocation decisions.

8. Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Capability Building
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and remove operational inefficiencies.
- Share best practices across markets and drive standardization where appropriate.
- Lead capability development of SFE Managers, Super Users, and Data Stewards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision making.
- Champion adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions across the field organization.

9. Managing and Developing MEA Field Force Resources
- Manage field force resources and link them to business outcomes through measurable KPIs.
- Establish relevant stakeholder forums to review and discuss field force performance.
- Coach and support SFE Managers and Super Users across MEA to unlock team potential and strengthen capabilities.
