Tool Marker- 1st Shift

We are looking for a talented Tool Maker to join our 1st Shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN .

Job Summary:

Services, supports and maintains equipment required by a tool maker. Manufactures components using machine tool equipment with the ability to read and understand part drawings with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.

• Experience with CNC machines
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to use measurement devices such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Willing to work in all areas of the tool room area (machining, die polish area, shop floor work, bolsters, presses).

Primary focus of this position will be Tooling Assembly activities.

Base Rate: $27.75-$32.12
