Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) to provide clinical support for our mental health programs and services.

The Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) is responsible for the following:

- completion of CSS required assessments, plans & documents with CSS clients

- provision of clinical services

- acts as a resources & team member to Case Managers on CSS team

- adheres to all Medicaid requirements as well as state licensing standards

- represents Alternatives on various external committees at local, county & state levels

- participates on a rotation to cover 24/7 COS on-call

TRAINING

All employees are required to complete training upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Trainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using MS Teams. All trainings are paid.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Masters Degree plus current NJ professional license in good standing (LCSW or LPC).

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record

- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen

- Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening

- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training

- Basic computer skills
