Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the:

- Preparation of ticket sales reports and forwarding to agents in accordance with agreed schedule
- Preparing and forwarding venue maps detailing seats sold/comped/held/unsold, camera positions, etc.
- Preparing and submitting manifests in accordance with requirements
- Setting-up new shows for sale, to include prices for seats and price-break maps as well as the circulation to Ticketmaster/Live Nation as required
- Providing updates to relevant agents/management on ticket sales and trends
- Determination of ticket hold requirements, monitor and reduce/release (as appropriate)
- Ensuring effective monitoring and communication of ticket holds – including Platinum and VIP (at appropriate times) to allow for timely sale of surplus tickets
- Contacting tours to obtain information for work immigration purposes
- Review, development and enhancement of ticket coordination to optimise revenues and minimise potential for loss of sales
- Working under pressure and to strict deadlines – while maintaining quality/accuracy and internal customer focus

You will support a dynamic team in delivering professional campaigns against ambitious timelines

Skill & Knowledge Requirements

- Strong time management and task prioritisation abilities
- Flexibility, resourcefulness and a high level of creativity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Natural interpersonal and communicative abilities
- Strong organisation skills/experience
- Prior Ticketing Experience preferable
