- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in content review and decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Polish language content and cultural nuances within the social media context.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ethical judgment and discretion.
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a related field is a plus.
