Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Responsible for the accurate movement, organization, and storage of materials in designated warehouse locations.

Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming deliveries, verify contents, and prepare outgoing shipments according to company standards and documentation.

Order Preparation: Move materials from storage shelves to workstations or picking areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and processed efficiently.

Facility Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by removing debris and eliminating hazards from aisles and work areas.

Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to stack and move large bulk items safely.

General Support: Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager with inventory audits, record updates, and reporting any damaged or missing goods.

Experience and Qualifications

Reliability: A proven track record of being punctual and dependable; operates with integrity and adherence to core values.

Physical Ability: Capability to routinely lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the shift.

Agility: Ability to frequently climb ladders and work comfortably at elevated heights.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to handle equipment with involved operating procedures.

Certifications: Forklift or stock picker certification (or the ability to obtain certification) is required.

Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow instructions for tasks requiring a high degree of accuracy.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $19.00
