Diversus Health is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our Schedule Management Support team. This role serves as a critical access point for clients seeking behavioral health services by assisting with appointment scheduling, referrals, transfers, enrollment support, and service navigation.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, transfers, referrals, and enrollment for services
- Navigate clients to appropriate internal and external resources based on their treatment and service needs
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communications
- Monitor and maintain compliance reports across multiple service lines
- Support operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as a client advocate
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and community partners both in person and telephonically
- Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and record management
- Collaborate effectively with clinical and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Mobility Clause
This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs. While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong work experience in customer service industry, preferably 2+ years.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent computer skills, with extensive experience using program within Microsoft Office, to include Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.
- Electronic Health Records experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong ability to interact successfully with a variety of individuals.
- Strong knowledge of Release of Information process.
- Proven work history in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and the expectation to multi-task.
