We're seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our service team. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn the operational side of a service organization.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and service requests
- Keep customers updated on service status
- Support scheduling and dispatch operations
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams
- Help ensure an exceptional customer experience
