About this role

Background and Opportunity

Quantexa is looking for a Vice President, Field Marketing, North America to lead our regional field marketing organization. This is a senior marketing leadership role, owning the overall North America field marketing strategy and its alignment to go-to-market and product priorities, managing a team of field marketers embedded across multiple industries, and ensuring that budget, execution quality, and pipeline outcomes meet the bar for a business scaling quickly across the region.

You will set the strategic direction for field marketing in North America, translating global positioning and product priorities into regional campaigns and programs that build and accelerate pipeline. You will build and lead a team of field marketers across our priority industries, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and coaching the team to a consistently high standard of execution quality.

As the initial point of contact for partner marketing in the region, you will lead development of the North America partner marketing strategy, working closely with the global partner and alliances teams to build joint go-to-market plans and co-marketing programs with strategic technology and consulting partners.

A core part of this role is closing the loop between the region and the business: gathering account and market intelligence from the field and feeding it back into messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning, so that North America campaigns stay sharp, differentiated, and grounded in what buyers actually care about. You will also own in-region enablement, making sure sales and partner teams have the messaging, content, and training they need to sell effectively.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will be part of the Marketing Leadership Team and it requires proven people management experience, executive presence with senior stakeholders internally and externally, and the discipline to optimize a regional marketing budget for maximum pipeline impact. You'll partner closely with SVP, Corporate & North America Marketing, regional GTM leadership, and Product Marketing to build a best-in-class field marketing function during a critical period of growth following Quantexa's $175 million Series F round and $2.6 billion valuation.
