We are looking for an analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art analog IC design & verification tools. Our AMS team works on state-of-the-art analog front-end and data converter IPs.
Minimum Qualifications
Deep knowledge of transistor level design
Knowledge of schematic design and validation methodology using Cadence Virtuoso
Solid understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, filters, bandgap references, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, OpAmps, comparators and switched-cap circuits
Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design techniques such as small-signal analysis, feedback loop theory and noise analysis
Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts such as stability, linearity, mismatch mitigation, low-power and low-noise techniques
Experience with Matlab or Python is a plus
Experience in the architectural design and system-level modeling of a complete analog/mixed-signal subsystem (e.g. as part of a PhD thesis) is a strong plus
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in PhD degree program in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
