Loaner Vehicle Associate

Land Rover Alexandria is looking for a qualified, driven and professional to join our service team to operate and manage our Loaner Fleet.

Expectations : Help maintain a loaner fleet of 60 plus vehicles.

Work closely and communicate with Service Advisors from the service department.

Making sure that all vehicle are cleaned, and serviced to be ready to be loaned out to clients.

Writing up loaner contracts for daily service and sales clients. Collecting accurate information, as far as drivers license, address, insurance information.

Billing clients for any EZ pass, toll and parking meter violations.

Coordinating with the body shop for any damaged loaner vehicles, collecting client deductibles and assisting with completion within a timely matter, billing clients for damage that occurs while in their possession, providing the service department with a daily count of available loaner vehicles, and following up with service advisor and or the clients who are in the loaners to establish a pick up time.

Qualifications : Must be over the age of 21 Dealership and service center experience is a plus Ability to issue clear instructions Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Fantastic communication skills Organizational skills Valid Driver's License Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends Positive attitude Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
