The Role
We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Packaging Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the packaging team, ensuring information, specifications, samples, artwork, and supplier details are accurate, up to date, and delivered within agreed timescales.

What You’ll Take On
Packaging Operations & Records: Maintain accurate packaging records, specifications, databases, and critical paths while keeping project trackers fully updated.

Product Setup: Set up and update packaging details for both new and existing ranges, helping to identify and resolve any discrepancies in specifications, costs, or supplier information.

Sample & Artwork Management: Coordinate packaging samples, approvals, and deliveries, actively supporting the artwork and packaging approval processes from start to finish.

Supplier Collaboration & Cost Control: Communicate clearly with suppliers regarding specifications, samples, quotations, and delivery dates. Request and maintain cost information to keep accurate records of packaging expenditure.

Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise closely with internal teams including Buying, Merchandising, Design, and Technology, chasing outstanding information and approvals to prevent project delays.

Process & Sustainability Support: Assist with gathering sustainability data and packaging-material information, while supporting the Packaging Manager with ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Bring
Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry and record-keeping skills, with a focus on accuracy across documentation, costs, and specifications.

Strong Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks, and work proactively to prevent project delays.

Effective Communication: Great written and verbal communication, making you comfortable dealing with both external packaging suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Commercial Awareness: A solid understanding of packaging costs, supplier quotations, and how administrative accuracy impacts the wider business.

Adaptable Team Player: Ability to work independently when managing daily tasks, while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
