About this role
Play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of our charity shop.
Whether you’re helping on the shop floor, sorting donations, pricing items, or creating a friendly and welcoming space, your time and support will make a real and meaningful difference.
Availability: 3 hours per week
Time: Shifts available Mon-Sat between 9:30am-6:30pm or Sun 11am-5pm
Location: 318-320 Saint Paul's Rd, London N1 2LF
Criteria: Aged 14 or over. No previous experience required.
What you'll do:
- Sort donations and uncover hidden gems
- Prep items - steam, tag, and style for sale
- Chat with customers and operate the till
- Spruce up window displays and restock shelves
- Keep things clean, tidy, and fabulous

Young Volunteers
If you are aged 14–17, you must:
- Ask a parent our Guardian to complete and sign our Parent/Guardian Consent Form (https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/globalassets/media/documents/job-descriptions/next-step-packs/newsletter-links/parent-guardian-permission-form.pdf) and
- Upload the completed form when you submit your volunteer application - where prompted
