WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (B2B Support) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our business clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

The wage for this position i s $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as a point of customer service contact for B2B clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to orders, issue resolution, product/service inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and improve service processes
- Provide product and service education to clients as needed
- Assist in onboarding new business clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- Monitor key account activity and proactively address potential issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Lead virtual meetings cross functionally, along with customers
- Develop Strong understanding of Dealer Channel products, services and processes

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Proven experience in B2B customer service environment within the cabinet industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to manage and de-escalate customer concerns
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the industry and products/services offerings
- Ability to lead meetings cross functionally and with external stakeholders
