Overview
The Creator Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day success and engagement of VETTE creators.

You will build strong relationships with our creator community, helping creators get the most out of VETTE, keeping them engaged and active, and ensuring their storefronts remain fresh, relevant and commercially successful.

You will also play a key role in building the broader VETTE creator program, from community programming and creator education to events, content creation, social strategy and new initiatives.

This is a highly relationship-driven and hands-on role. We are looking for someone who understands creators, has excellent taste and judgment, is highly organized, and knows how to motivate talent without making the relationship feel transactional.

Primary Responsibilities
Creator Management & Success

- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of VETTE creators, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout their journey.
- Help creators develop and maintain strong, distinctive storefronts that reflect their individual point of view.
- Drive consistent creator activity across storefront merchandising, editorial content and social promotion.
- Work closely with creators to develop sustainable content franchises and publishing rhythms.
- Identify when creators are becoming less active and proactively develop plans to re-engage them.
- Monitor creator performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Surface relevant brands, products, trends and commercial opportunities for individual creators.
- Partner with internal merchandising, product, design and commercial teams to resolve creator needs and opportunities.

Creator Community & Programming

- Help build the VETTE creator community from the ground up, creating a network creators genuinely value being part of.
- Develop and manage VETTE’s creator community programming, including creator conversations, office hours, workshops and educational initiatives across commerce, merchandising, content, audience development and the VETTE platform.
- Create opportunities for creators to learn from and connect with one another, while supporting creator advisory groups, product beta programs and ongoing feedback initiatives that help shape the VETTE experience.

Creator Events & Experiences

- Help develop and execute VETTE creator events, from intimate dinners to workshops, Fashion Week moments and larger community experiences.
- Work across Condé Nast and with external partners to identify relevant opportunities for the VETTE creator community.
- Ensure every creator touchpoint feels thoughtful, premium and consistent with the VETTE brand.

Social, Content & Creative Production

- Support the development and execution of VETTE’s social strategy, with a particular focus on showcasing our creators, their storefronts and their point of view.
- Identify creator stories, launches, edits, cultural moments and trends that can translate into compelling VETTE social content.
- Concept, create and produce social-first content across VETTE channels, with a strong understanding of what works across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Own hands-on content creation when needed, including filming creators, capturing behind-the-scenes and event content, conducting informal interviews and creating quick-turn social assets.
- Develop creative concepts, formats and recurring social franchises that build VETTE’s identity and make our creator community culturally relevant and engaging.
- Produce content shoots from concept through execution, including developing creative briefs, shot lists, schedules and talent requirements, and coordinating photographers, videographers, editors and other external creative partners where needed.
- Coordinate creator participation in VETTE-owned content, campaigns, shoots and social moments.
- Manage VETTE’s social media channels and day-to-day publishing in alignment with the broader platform marketing strategy.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams on larger-scale content production while being comfortable executing content independently and at speed.

Building the Program

- Help develop the systems, playbooks and processes required to scale the VETTE creator program.
- Maintain creator calendars, activity plans and success plans.
- Track creator engagement, storefront activity and community health.
- Collect creator feedback and identify recurring themes for the product and wider VETTE team.
- Test new community initiatives, measure what works and continuously improve the creator experience.
- Help ensure VETTE can grow its creator community without losing the high-touch, relationship-driven experience that defines the platform.

Who You Are

- 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, community, social media, influencer marketing or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem and how creators build audiences, content and commercial businesses.
- Experience directly managing creator or talent relationships.
- Strong understanding of fashion, culture and social media, with excellent taste and instinct for what feels relevant.
- Highly relationship-driven and comfortable working directly with established creators, editors, stylists and industry talent.
- Able to motivate people, follow up and drive action while maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and creator content, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Commercially minded and comfortable using performance data to inform creator strategy.
- Strong creative instincts and hands-on experience creating social-first content, with the ability to concept, film and produce compelling content featuring creators and talent.
- Experience producing content shoots and managing the creative process from idea through execution, including briefs, shot lists, talent, production partners and post-production.
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple creators, projects and deadlines at once.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being built.
- Equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing the details yourself.

What Success Looks Like
