About this role

The Club Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to residents and guests while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the HOA clubhouse and amenity areas. This position helps ensure that community facilities are welcoming, safe, and properly maintained for residents and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas to ensure they are clean, orderly, and properly maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens, restrooms, and recreational areas.
- Set up and break down rooms, tables, chairs, and equipment for resident activities, meetings, and community events.
- Ensure supplies such as paper products, cleaning supplies, and other clubhouse materials are adequately stocked.
- Monitor the use of clubhouse amenities and ensure residents and guests follow community rules and facility guidelines.
- Assist residents with questions regarding clubhouse facilities, reservations, schedules, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged equipment, or other problems to management promptly.
- Perform light cleaning and general upkeep throughout the clubhouse and amenity areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing doors, lights, equipment, and designated areas.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with residents, guests, vendors, and HOA staff.
- Assist with community events and activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Part-Time Sat & Sun : 8:00 AM–1:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16
