- Ensure processes, policies, and documentation are updated in light of new regulation, general Invesco projects, and continuous improvement activities, including those specific to real estate fund structures. Support projects to implement change.
- Support the identification, mitigation, and management of AML-related risks, including those arising from real estate investments and transactions; report and escalate such risks as needed; and address AML improvements identified by internal and external auditors as well as compliance monitoring.

Review and oversight of incoming reports, data, and MI from third parties, with attention to real estate fund operations.
- Support the completion of client onboarding—including client risk profiling, PEP and sanctions screening, and client due diligence for real estate fund investors—escalating as required.
- Act as an escalation point for completion of service providers’ ongoing transaction monitoring, including real estate fund transactions, identifying and tracking suspicious activity, investigating alerts, applying relevant blocks and restrictions, and escalating to MLRO/Compliance as required.
- Complete counterparties identification, including counterparty risk profiling, PEP and sanctions screening, verification, and recording of identification documents, with a focus on real estate fund counterparties and partners.
- Work closely with Compliance/MLROs across EMEA on BAU and new AML requirements, including those specific to real estate funds.
- Ensure delivery of appropriate and accurate AML-related MI and reports to internal stakeholders, external authorities, Boards, and Management as appropriate, including reporting on real estate fund activities.
- Support any internal audits, Compliance Monitoring, and other reviews as required, including those related to real estate fund operations.

What you will bring:

- Experience providing oversight of processes with third-party administrators, particularly those supporting real estate funds.
- AML expert, with a deep understanding of AML requirements and best practices as they relate to real estate funds and transactions.
