Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time Employee Health Coordinator, RN for our South Campus Employee Health team . This role provides employee and applicant health services while supporting workplace safety, wellness, and occupational health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform employee and applicant health assessments.
- Administer immunizations and PPDs.
- Triage and assess employee injuries and workplace exposures and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Provide leadership and supervision to Medical Assistants (MAs).
- Complete accurate data entry, documentation, reports, and employee health records.
- Participate in health education, special projects, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Support compliance with Employee Health and Occupational Health standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Current Registered Nurse license required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
- Employee Health or Occupational Health experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
