Description:
Le/La Conseiller(ère) Juridique et Conformité de Marsh Maroc apporte un appui transversal à la direction et aux équipes opérationnelles dans la gestion des aspects administratifs, juridiques et de conformité liés aux activités de l’entreprise. Il/Elle veille au bon fonctionnement des processus internes, au respect des procédures et de la règlementation (locale et/ou internationale) et à la bonne coordination entre les différentes fonctions de l’entreprise.
Le poste consiste notamment à :
- Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers juridiques et de conformité ;
- Coordonner la préparation, la revue et le classement des contrats et documents internes ;
- Coordonner la préparation, la revue et le classement des risques clients ;
- Contribuer au suivi des obligations réglementaires et au respect des politiques de l’entreprise (locales et internationales) ;
- Gérer le programme de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et le financement du terrorisme, et exercer les fonctions de Responsable LCB-FT participer à la mise en place et au contrôle des procédures internes ;
- Soutenir la gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes ;
- Accompagner les équipes dans l’application des règles et bonnes pratiques ;
- Préparer des rapports, tableaux de suivi et indicateurs de conformité ;
- Organiser le suivi des demandes, renouvellements et validations administratives liées aux activités de l’entreprise.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction générale, les équipes supports et les responsables opérationnels afin de garantir une gestion efficace, structurée et conforme des activités quotidiennes.
The Legal and Compliance Advisor at Marsh Morocco provides cross-functional support to management and operational teams in handling the administrative, legal, and compliance aspects related to the company’s activities. He/She ensures the smooth operation of internal processes, compliance with procedures and regulations (local and/or international), and effective coordination among the company’s different functions.
The role includes, among other responsibilities:
- Managing the administrative follow-up of legal and compliance files;
- coordinating the preparation, review, and filing of contracts and Internal documents;
- Coordinating the preparation, review, and filing of client risk assessments;
- Contributing to the monitoring of regulatory obligations and compliance with company policies (local and international);
- Managing the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing program, and carrying out the duties of AML/CFT Officer;
- Participating in the implementation and control of internal procedures;
- Supporting the management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Assisting teams in applying rules and best practices;
- Preparing reports, tracking tables, and compliance indicators;
- Organizing the follow-up of requests, renewals, and administrative approvals related to the company’s activities.
