Registered Nurse (RN) – TCU | Full-Time
For more than 130 years , Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has been a trusted leader in senior care in St. Pauls Midway neighborhood. Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services.
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our LTC Nursing team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with residents recovering from hospitalization, surgery, or illness while helping them regain strength and independence.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $36.00–$43.93/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period)
Hours: 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

What Youll Do
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Assess residents physical, mental, and emotional health needs
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families
- Support residents through recovery, rehabilitation, and transitions of care
- Supervise and support caregiving staff
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives
- Advocate for residents and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
- Promote a supportive environment focused on dignity, safety, recovery, and well-being
Qualifications
Required
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to participate in federally funded healthcare programs
Preferred
- Experience in transitional care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation
- Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team and support caregivers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move throughout the building
- Adequate vision and hearing to meet nursing assessment requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to assist residents
- Ability to manage mental and emotional stress associated with direct resident care
