About this role
Summary CNMI is looking for a student or recent graduate who is interested in a hands on work experience as an technical resident in the Ingenuity Digital Media Labs (IDML) Department. The successful applicant will have a passion to learn about Digital Media and/or Internet of Things Coding and Hardware Design and professional practices.
Duties will include: Under the guidance and mentorship of Ingenuity Bootcamp consultants, the individual will develop, create and/or execute Digital Media or IoT assets and solutions to meet the needs of IDML partners.

Qualifications
Minimums
- Is currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of high school or a certificate, coding bootcamp, associate’s or bachelor’s degree program
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Preferences for IoT projects
- Deep Dive IoT bootcamp graduate
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
- Previous experience with:
Coding of wireless IoT microcontrollers (Particle Core, ESP32, Raspberry PI, or the equivalent)
- Integration of sensors and actuators using digital and analog I/O, SPI, and I2C buses
- Visualization of data on cloud-based dashboards (e.g., ThingSpeak)
- 3D modeling and printing
Preferences for Digital Media projects
- Graduate of Deep Dive Digital Media
- Previous experience with video production and video/audio equipment.
- Previous experience with animation, game design, and other digital media technologies
- Previous job experience in project management and completing team-based projects .
