The Group
The People & Culture team helps Morningstar attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to challenge convention and create better outcomes for investors. Talent Acquisition plays a central role in that work by helping leaders make informed hiring decisions and building processes that are fair, consistent, and grounded in evidence.
As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you'll work with colleagues across regions to strengthen hiring practices, share ideas, and shape how the function evolves. Your work will influence not only who joins Morningstar, but also how we build the capabilities needed for the future.
Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to collaborate in-person each week as we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis. In most of our locations, our hybrid work model is four days in-office each week. A range of other benefits are also available to enhance flexibility as needs change. No matter where you are, you'll have tools and resources to engage meaningfully with your global colleagues.
