At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative sweetens up the place, sets the mood, and makes a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You play party planner, helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You make everyone feel welcome, and you create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

What We're Looking For:
• A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Reliability and good follow-through on shifts
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• At least 15+ hours of weekly availability, focused on evenings and weekends
• Willingness to work events - events are a regular part of this role
• Availability for assigned holiday shifts; extra shifts may be needed during high-volume weeks
