We are seeking a Civil Structural Design Lead with 10+ years of EPCM experience who is eager to apply their technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and project coordination skills to support the successful delivery of complex energy projects. What You'll Do

Technical Support • Coordinate and oversee all Civil Structural drafting and design activities across assigned projects • Support the preparation and development of 3D models using CADWorx, Advance Steel, and Civil 3D software • Review structural steel layouts and details, piling layouts and details, concrete drawings, ladders and platforms, earthworks, and associated design deliverables • Ensure drawings and models are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements and company standards • Provide technical guidance on the layout and design of civil and structural systems

Collaboration & Project Execution • Lead and coordinate a team of Civil Structural Designers to ensure efficient project execution • Provide input into project schedules, engineering hour estimates, and scope of work documents • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within budget • Lead internal and external 30/60/90 model reviews and coordinate follow-up actions • Collaborate closely with engineering disciplines, project management teams, and client representatives • Effectively communicate design changes, project updates, and task priorities to team members and stakeholders • Support the development and integration of overseas design initiatives

Safety, Quality & Compliance • Perform QA/QC reviews of Civil Structural drafting and design deliverables • Promote adherence to company standards, design procedures, and industry best practices • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all project documentation and models • Maintain and coordinate electronic filing systems, folder structures, and project file management processes • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and design quality

Technical Exposure • Lead the delivery of civil and structural designs for natural gas, conventional oil, heavy oil, carbon capture, and emerging energy projects • Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from conceptual studies through detailed engineering and construction support • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate designers through technical coaching and training • Work with industry-leading engineering and design technologies in a collaborative EPCM environment

About You • Engineering Design and Drafting Diploma or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma • 10+ years of Civil Structural design experience in an EPCM environment, preferably within the oil and gas industry • Proven experience leading and coordinating Civil Structural design teams on complex projects • Strong knowledge of structural steel, concrete, piling, foundation, and earthworks design deliverables • Proficiency with CADWorx, Advance Steel, Civil 3D, and related design software • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
