Specifics:
- Strong communication skills with contractors/agents
- Explain payment amounts and deduction information
- Responsible for paying out up to 80% of the revenue billed to contractors or carriers
- Fast paced—responsible for processing certain volumes daily
- Verify trip report miles match the system and that fuel receipts are with paperwork to give fuel credit
- Answer phones and handle any inquiries the driver’s may have
- Follow up with drivers on any issues with paperwork
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, college education preferred
- Strong math skills and logic
- Good customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail, accuracy
- Strong communication skills
