Long-Lewis of Tuscumbia is looking for a Quick Lane technician to join our growing team! The earning potential is based on Flat Rate Hours turned—giving you significant opportunities for financial growth. Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and light repair services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, brake services, battery tests, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Inspecting vehicles and preparing detailed Vehicle Check-Up Reports.
- Servicing all makes and models, including diesel vehicles (a plus).
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Providing exceptional service that meets Long-Lewis quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance required.
- Valid, unrestricted drivers license with a clean driving record required.
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
