- 8-hour shifts, working Monday to Friday

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Regional Security Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of physical security operations across the EMEA region for a leading biotechnology organisation based at the prestigious Granta Park. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment while supporting security operations across multiple countries and business locations.

As the Regional Security Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective administration, governance, and continuous improvement of physical security programmes throughout the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating operational activities, and driving high standards of security service delivery.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

- Administer regional access control and badging programmes
- Manage security-related tickets and coordinate service delivery activities
- Support access governance processes and conduct access reviews
- Maintain user administration across security systems
- Coordinate security vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Support the management and coordination of security technology incidents
- Produce security reports and maintain accurate security data
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and support for security events and operational activities
- Maintain accurate security documentation, records, and procedures
- Support business continuity, resilience, and operational security programmes
- Work independently across multiple projects while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the business

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Valid SIA Licence
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within security operations, facilities security, security administration, or a related field
- Experience managing support tickets and service requests
- Experience administering physical access control programmes
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
