Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have at least 3+ years maintenance experience with PLC Systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and electrical repair.
- Formal PLC training and/or extensive hands-on PLC experience.
- Experience in ultra-high vacuum systems is an asset.
- Experience with man lifts (scissor and boom) and forklifts is an asset.
- Must possess reading, writing, and basic math skills.
- Understand precision measuring instruments, electrical or electronic testing devices, drawings and schematics, equipment user manuals, activity and task instructions.
- Basic computer skills. Advanced skills are desirable.
