Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Returns Processor supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and completes returns and exchanges for multiple-member companies along with the proper disposition of our product. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Goodyear, AZ fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- You will maintain the required departmental accuracy levels while processing customer returns or exchanges
- You will determine the proper disposition of returned products (prime vs. seconds) and enter information into the appropriate system
- Label products according to disposition tag them and place them on the conveyor line
- Sort all completed returns by assigned location
- Ensure all paperwork is legible, accurate, and turned in daily
- Follow all required methods and procedures of the STAR program
- You will achieve proficiency in the job by maintaining an acceptable STAR performance level
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What You Bring
- 3+ months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
- Previous keyboarding knowledge
- This position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting an average of 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and a working knowledge of RF scanners
- You will work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed
- Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation when needed
