What it takes to succeed:
- Strong live vocal ability with a versatile and engaging performance style
- Confident stage presence and the ability to command a large stadium audience while performing as a solo vocalist
- Ability to project vocally and perform comfortably in a large outdoor venue
- Ability to connect with and engage a diverse audience throughout a performance
- Strong musicality, rhythm, timing, and ability to perform with live or recorded musical accompaniment
- Ability to learn and retain vocal arrangements, lyrics, choreography/blocking, and performance notes
- Ability to openly accept performance feedback and direction and adapt accordingly
- Ability to maintain consistent vocal and performance quality throughout multiple performances
- Ability to perform independently while maintaining energy, confidence, and audience engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with musicians, performers, technicians, stage management, and creative leadership
- Ability to remain professional and performance-ready in a high-volume entertainment environment
- Ability to stand and perform for extended periods of time
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Availability to work varying shifts and hours based on business needs, including opening, mid, closing, nights, weekends, holidays, and after-hours rehearsals
- Willingness to participate in regular internal performance assessments and coaching
- Ability to navigate and perform safely within a large-scale stadium environment, including stairs, ramps, platforms, and performance areas as required
- Ability to perform basic physical movements required for staging and performance, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and light movement
- Ability to maintain vocal health and appropriate performance practices throughout the engagement
What else is important:
- Previous professional singing, live performance, or musical theatre experience preferred
- Experience performing for large audiences or in large-scale venues preferred
- Strong background in vocal performance, including contemporary, pop, rock, musical theatre, or other relevant styles
- Ability to perform confidently as a solo vocalist is highly preferred
- Previous experience with theme parks, stadiums, concerts, cruise ships, or other high-volume entertainment environments preferred
- Previous guest-facing experience preferred
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
