Security Lead Graveyard

This position is responsible for overseeing a shift of contract security guards and ensuring completion of administrative requirements in the company’s Security Office.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring security and life safety systems.
- Enforcing Auto Club policies.
- Implementing emergency plans, developing guard training, and managing visitor access.
- Prepare written reports and documenting daily activities.
- Running the badging program.
- Drafting standard operating procedures and responding to security incidents.
- Assisting and mentoring other security leads.
- Coordinator efforts across all guard shifts.
- Taking lead in coordinating guard preparation for and coverage of special events.
- Monitor and audit scheduling.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 5 years security work experience in a professional setting.
- Experience writing technical procedures and reports.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker dedicated to quality service.
- Familiar with Security policies and procedures.
- Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Ability to establish detailed, step by step procedures.
- Prioritize work, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
- Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight.
- Implement technology to improve security and communications.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and detail oriented.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$19.14 - $25.50
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
