About this role

Summary of Position

Do you get excited about creating best-in-class event marketing experiences that deliver measurable impact on business growth?

The Senior Event Marketing Manager is a remote-based role responsible for developing and executing the North American event marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, brand impact, and commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Global Head of Field & Partner Marketing, this role requires strong initiative, commercial acumen, strategic marketing thinking, and a passion for delivering high-impact, memorable event experiences. You will work closely with Sales and Customer leaders to ensure events are not standalone activities, but integrated marketing programmes that are tightly aligned to revenue outcomes and the wider go-to-market strategy.

This role owns the end-to-end delivery of events across the funnel — from large-scale third-party sponsored events and industry conferences to targeted field activations, customer experiences, and hospitality programmes.

You will design and execute insight-led, audience-focused event marketing programmes that connect our brand to key audiences, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, support customer engagement and deepen relationships. You will bring together event strategy, campaign activation, audience targeting, content, messaging, engagement and follow-up to ensure every event has a clear marketing purpose, commercial objective and measurable outcome.
