About this role
🎯 We are looking for a senior AWS Agentic AI Solution Architect to architect and deliver large-scale, production-grade multi-agent solutions for complex enterprise use cases. You will combine architecture leadership with hands-on expertise in Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore , LangGraph or Strands Agents SDK, MCP , A2A, workflow- as - code, IaC, and AgentOps .
🔎 What you bring:
- Across AWS, enterprise integration, data, security, and production GenAI or agentic AI delivery.
- Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Policy, Evaluations, Observability, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails.
- Including platform architecture, reusable services, runtime and orchestration, shared context, memory, tool integration, and human oversight.
- Including supervisor-worker, hub-and-spoke, sequential, parallel, planner, maker-checker, critic loop, and event-driven collaboration.
- Strong client-facing leadership across discovery, target architecture, roadmaps, design reviews, estimates, proposals, and engineering guidance.
- AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
- EU work permit is required.
🚀 What you will do:
- Design agent roles, collaboration patterns, orchestration, models, memory, RAG, tool integration, identity, security, and human control.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery and proof of value through production rollout and scaling across business domains.
- Reusable architecture patterns, guiding multidisciplinary teams through implementation, review, rollout, and operation.
Typical use cases
- Large-scale multi-agent workflows that coordinate specialist agents, enterprise tools, and human approvals.
- Agentic RAG, Talk2Document, and Talk2Data solutions with governed access, grounding, and traceability.
- Cross-domain automation requiring reusable agents, event-driven execution, long-running tasks, and secure integration with enterprise systems.
- A global network + a strong regional AI&D community (~160 people).
- A dedicated technical team that’s actively growing and open to experimenting with new tech (when it actually helps).
- Consultancy work, but on real problems with real impact - solutions people use.
- Specialization in GenAI and adjacent areas, with access to relevant training and certification support.
