Honda of Middleburg Heights Has an Immediate Opportunity for an Automotive Fixed Operations Administrator

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support the Fixed Operations Director in Managing Day-to-day Administrative Operations Across the Service and Parts Departments.

- Monitor and Address Daily Accounting Tasks, Ensuring Financial Documentation and Departmental Records Balance Accurately.

- Manage the Rental and Loaner Car Fleet, Tracking Vehicle Availability and Overseeing Associated Documentation and Compliance.

- Monitor Operational Metrics, Compile Performance Reports, and Track Department Efficiency.

- Coordinate Documentation, Process Internal Repair Orders, and Manage Compliance Records.

- Maintain Clear Communication Between Department Managers, Technicians, and Advisors to Ensure a Smooth Workflow.

- Assist in Resolving Customer Service Escalations

- Verify Warranty Paperwork Accuracy. Assist in Warranty Documentation Submission.

- Assist with Service Call Queue Overflow to Ensure Incoming Customer Inquiries Are Handled Promptly and Professionally.
