We are partnering with established 1099 Electrical Contractors and Solar Subcontractor Crews to execute residential solar PV installs, main panel upgrades (MPUs), and battery storage integrations (Sonnen, Tesla, Enphase).

Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Turnkey Solar PV Installations: Complete structural racking assembly, panel mounting, conduit runs, DC/AC wiring, and system commissioning per engineering schematics.
- Electrical Service Upgrades: Perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs), subpanel installations, generator tie-ins, and utility interconnections.
- Advanced Battery Storage: Install and wire home energy storage systems (Sonnen, Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, etc.).
- NEC Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly meets National Electrical Code (NEC), local Corpus Christi municipal codes, and utility standards.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Represent the crew during local building department/AHJ inspections and resolve punch-list items promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Licensing: Active Texas Master Electrician License or Texas Electrical Contractor License (TECL). (Journeyman leads with proven solar experience are encouraged to apply).
- Trade Experience: Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service work and 1+ years of residential solar PV / battery installation experience.
- Operational Readiness: Commercial work truck/van, ladders, fall protection gear, diagnostic tools, and standard power tools.
- Insurance Coverage: Active General Liability ($1M/$2M minimum) and Workers’ Compensation insurance (or state-approved exemption).
- Standards: Uncompromising commitment to job site safety, clean wire management, punctual scheduling, and professional customer communication.
