About this role
We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team specializing in General Management for Cummins, Inc. in Roanoke, VA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead and oversee single location ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Own full P&L accountability and performance across all branch financial and operational metrics.
- Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan in partnership with Business Development and branch leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (balanced scorecards, asset utilization, profitability) and drive corrective actions.
- Drive market growth through sales and marketing plans, while building strong customer and partner relationships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS/Lens of Customer) and foster a strong customer service culture across the branch.
- Lead talent strategy- recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance, including warranty management, cycle time improvements, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Education/Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.
- Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
