Farm & Ranch Customer Service Associate

Job Overview: Reporting to the Merchandising Department Supervisor you will be responsible to:

- Consistently demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s RISE values: Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence.
- Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to every customer.
- Build positive and cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
- Stock shelves and merchandise products to maintain attractive, well-organized displays.
- Complete general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean, safe and organized.

What You Bring:

- Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including experience using a point-of-sale system.
- Adaptable, organized and able to work efficiently in a changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands effectively.
- Commitment to providing quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including occasional heavy lifting.
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
- Results-oriented and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
- Able to build positive relationships, value different perspectives and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
