Site Lead

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative and reliable IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government. BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services.

BTI is currently searching for a Site Lead fulfill the role and responsibilities below in support of USCIS:

Position Summary
The Site Lead provides daily onsite leadership and coordination for contractor personnel assigned to USCIS OSI, OI, and FDNS. This role ensures operational continuity, workload balance, and effective communication between contractor staff and USCIS CORs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for onsite performance, professionalism, and operational issues.
- Communicate assignments, priorities, and project requirements to contractor staff.
- Provide workload balancing recommendations to the CPM.
- Deliver training to ensure contractor personnel can perform assigned duties.
- Provide weekly reports detailing accomplishments, issues, and operational updates.
- Resolve time and attendance, leave, and conduct issues.
- Ensure collateral duties do not interfere with mission support responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification.
- Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience managing 25+ employees.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and multiple shifts.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
