Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and execution of coaching and/or talent development related initiatives and programs
- Contribute to firmwide coaching and talent development strategy
- Assist in design and oversight of internal communications and branding for coaching program
- Collaborate with key leadership on various talent development initiatives
- Willing and able to travel to connect with proteges, support and/or execute firm trainings, presentations, etc. as requested
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Is proactive, has a firm-first mentality and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
- Foundation in coaching and/or talent development theory and practice and willingness to continue to learn and grow in these areas
- Very strong communication skills (written, verbal)
- Strong ability to relate to others and develop relationships
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be dynamic, flexible in their thinking, and able to maintain focus in a constantly changing environment
- High capability for tact and diplomacy
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidential information
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred but not required
- Possess a strong general knowledge of internal coaching and talent development functions
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position may require lifting of up to 40 pounds across office
- Ability to travel and to attend networking and other function outside of regular business hours

The compensation range for this position is $40/hour and varies by location. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
