About this role
About Credit Karma
Credit Karma, part of Intuit, is a mission-driven company focused on championing financial progress for our members. While we're best known for pioneering free credit scores, our members turn to us for help across their financial lives: monitoring their credit and identity, shopping for credit cards and loans (personal, auto and home), and growing their savings. Credit Karma is one of Intuit's core businesses and a key part of Intuit's mission to power prosperity around the world.
About Credit Karma Corporate Strategy
Credit Karma's Corporate Strategy team solves some of Credit Karma's most important business problems. Team members are embedded within our verticals and partner directly with vertical General Managers and their cross-functional leadership teams to set strategy, lead high-priority initiatives, and drive operational discipline and clarity on performance. Our work spans direction-setting strategy (where to play, how to win, where to invest) as well as the business operations that turn strategy into results. Projects are highly analytical, cross-functional, and carry direct visibility to Credit Karma and Intuit's executive team.
Staff Corporate Strategy Associate, Personal Loans
Come join Credit Karma's Corporate Strategy team as a Staff Associate embedded in our Personal Loans vertical. You will serve as a thought partner to the General Manager of Personal Loans and their leadership team, leading strategic projects that shape the direction of the business and operationalizing them to move the business forward. You will develop a deep understanding of the personal loans marketplace, including our members, our lending partners, and the competitive and macroeconomic landscape, and use rigorous analysis to develop recommendations and drive decisions with vertical and company leadership.
It is essential that you quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust across Product, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Finance and Engineering, and be viewed as a team player. This is an individual contributor role for someone who excels in ambiguity, has a bias toward action, and can independently drive complex, cross-functional work with minimal oversight.

- Solve highly analytical problems that inform product design, member experience, and overall business performance
- Gain exposure to and a voice at all levels of management, including Credit Karma and Intuit's executive team

- Develop cross-functional plans that tie together workstreams and track progress against them
- Establish and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards to track performance of the business and of key initiatives
- Drive cross-functional clarity on the root causes of under- and over-performance and the actions to address them
