In This Role You Will:

- Serve as the primary point of contact during the overnight shift, supporting residents, visitors, and team members while helping maintain a safe and secure community.

- Provide a warm and welcoming presence at the Concierge Desk, answer the main telephone line, and respond to questions and requests.

- Respond promptly to Independent Living call lights and assist residents with their needs or concerns, escalating when additional assistance is needed.

- Complete routine security rounds throughout the community, including buildings, grounds, and resident areas, and monitor activity using available security equipment.

- Manage after-hours entry and exits, secure doors and access points, and follow established visitor and security procedures.

- Respond to alarms, emergency calls, and unusual or suspicious activity while coordinating access for emergency personnel when needed.

- Accept overnight deliveries and ensure supplies are properly distributed and stored within the community.

- Complete accurate security, incident, and other required reports while assisting with record maintenance.

- Assist with overnight in-services, audits, staff communication, life safety drills, and other quality assurance activities as assigned.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment while providing courteous, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.

Shift & Schedule Details:

- Saturday & Sunday 11pm-7am

Who You Are:

- You have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of receptionist, call-center, or administrative experience.

- You are calm, dependable, and able to use good judgment when handling unexpected or emergency situations.

- You communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with residents, visitors, team members, and emergency personnel.

- You are detail-oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities while working independently overnight.

- You are comfortable learning and using basic computer systems, security software, surveillance equipment, and other technology.

- You enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a friendly, welcoming experience for residents and guests.

- You are comfortable walking throughout the community and grounds as part of routine security rounds.

- Preferred: First Aid and/or CPR certification.
